These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MR.MVP AGENCY, operated by Marcus Marcelo Deavila LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

Our Service

MR.MVP AGENCY provides automated SMS review-request and follow-up messaging, Google Business Profile review management (including auto-replies), and analytics reporting for businesses, delivered via Twilio, Make.com, and Airtable integrations.

Free Trial & Billing

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to features for your selected tier
• A valid card must be on file to activate the trial
• On day 8, your card is automatically charged your tier's monthly price, and billing recurs monthly thereafter
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation stops all future charges and automated messaging immediately
• There are no refunds for partial billing periods already charged

Your Responsibilities

• You must have proper consent to send SMS messages to any phone number you provide us
• You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, booking system, and Google Business Profile connections you provide
• You may not use our service to send unlawful, harassing, or non-compliant messages
• You must comply with TCPA and all applicable SMS marketing laws

Message Compliance

Every message sent through our platform automatically includes opt-out language ("Reply STOP to opt out"). Opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically. Custom messages you create are still required to include this compliance language.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable, 24/7 automated service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (Twilio, Google, your booking software, or payment processors).

Limitation of Liability

MR.MVP AGENCY and Marcus Marcelo Deavila LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or reviews not collected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
