• Customer phone numbers you provide for SMS review requests
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
• Booking system and Google Business Profile connection data via OAuth or API key
• Message template selections and automation preferences
• Salesman/referral partner applications: name, date of birth, contact info, resume, and video pitch, submitted as part of our professional sales partner program — reviewed to determine fit before acceptance, along with partner ID/commission tracking data once accepted

How We Use Your Information

• To send SMS review requests and follow-up messages on your behalf via Twilio
• To connect and sync with your booking software and Google Business Profile
• To auto-reply to Google reviews and generate weekly/monthly analytics reports
• To process trial signups and recurring monthly billing
• To review and manage referral partner applications, track commission percentages, and process partner payouts
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries

SMS Messaging & Consent

By providing your customers' phone numbers, you confirm you have obtained proper consent to send them SMS messages under TCPA regulations. Every message sent through our platform includes a clear opt-out instruction ("Reply STOP to opt out"), and opt-out requests are honored immediately and automatically.

Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies (typically 1-2 messages per appointment or checkout cycle). Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share customer phone numbers with third parties.

Data Sharing

We share data only with the service providers necessary to run your automation: Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), Make.com (workflow automation), Airtable (data storage), and Google (Business Profile API). We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. API keys and OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never displayed in plain text after entry.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business data at any time by contacting us. Canceling your subscription stops all automated messaging immediately.
